How we started,
In 2013 my wife Shannon was doing craft shows and doing glass etching with stencils and cream, that moved into me getting a vinyl cutter to make the stencils. Our son Michael had moved in with us and he started a small business engraving glass container with a sand blaster.

That got me involved even more with helping both. As time went on, I had some of my friends ask me to do up some gifts for them.
I had a friend come to me asking if I could so up so port glasses with a very detailed logo, well I was not able to with how detailed it was and so started the idea of doing it was a laser engraver.
After a few years and a big leap while in Vancouver we went as saw the sales rep for Trotec Laser, well he came to us really, he’s got it all set up in a van, we were impressed and then shocked by the price.
In December of 2019 we purchased our laser machine, and I worked out our house after working my day job as a commercial driver, on evenings and weekends.
The name HBA Engraving & More was not the first name which I had which was “On The Level”, but it just did not fit, my amazing wife said Doug use your kids names, so Hailey-Dawn, Brady, and Abby hence came HBA. The More part is I also do 3d printing, and vinyl cutting.
